The Refurbishment Process
Please see below for the process we use in the remanufacture of all our Nortel phones.

Pic 1: Example - a used Nortel Meridian M3820
Pic 2: First we test the used Nortel phone for any faults
Pic 3a&b: Then we take apart the used Nortel Meridian phone
Pic 4: Any faulty, damaged or used parts are removed for recycling
Pic 5a&b: Then we reassemble the Nortel phone with new parts, buttons, housing and cords
Pic 6: Once the Nortel phone is complete like new it is tested for 100% functionality
Pic 7: The remanufactured Nortel phone is checked for quality and serial numbered
Pic 8: Tested again before packing
Pic 9a&b: Packed like new and finished!
